We are a surf shop first! Because our stock on hand changes frequently, We have many specialty products available at our brick and mortar store in Honolulu, Hawaii that we can't put on our website. If you have something in particular that you are looking for and don't see it on our website, please give us a call. If we don't carry it, we can help you find someone that does. We carry products from a wide range of local and international brands including Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, Volcom, Arnette, Dakine, Birdwell, Von Zipper, Freestyle, Hoven, Cobian, Reef, Hinano, Bloodline and Yakima to name a few.

SOFT GOODS
At Downing Hawaii, shipping is FREE for orders shipped to U.S. destinations. While we reserve the right to select the carrier at time of shipping, we will usually ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 10 to 14 business days from date of order for delivery. All orders are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii, during regular business hours. For International Orders we will use either UPS Worldwide or U.S.Postal Services Air Mail. The price is based on the weight of your order. Our shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping your order to you, and DOES NOT INCLUDE any duties and/or customs fees.

SURFBOARDS
If you are ordering a surfboard, please call us at (808) 737-9696 or email us at sales@downingsurf.com to discuss options for shipping your new board. Because carriers change prices and policies so frequently we cannot provide a list of standard shipping rates on our website. Rest assured that we will work with you to find the best way to get your new board to you.

All boards are carefully packed in bubble wrap, boxed and insured to guarantee safe shipping.

All sales on the Downing Hawaii website (www.downingsurf.com) are final. We will only accept returns due to errors in shipping or defects in manufacturing.

If you need to return an item, please contact Keone at (808) 737-9696 or sales@downingsurf.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returned items must be sent postage prepaid to Downing Hawaii, 3021 Waialae Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816. No CODs will be accepted for return items. All returns should be shipped via UPS or insured parcel post.

When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card type (Visa or Mastercard), card number, expiration date and CVV2 number (the 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back of the card in the signature panel). This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of order status.

We do not share or publish any information we collect. The information we collect is only used to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
